I then give devise and bequeath unto my wife Jane Farndale all the residue or remainder of my personal estate concisting of the stock and crops of the farm which I now rent, cash, household, furniture, linen, plate etc during the term of her life, or as long as she continues my widow. But after the said term or widowhood my Will is that the aforesaid personal estate be equally divided amongst my children to share and share alike.

I also nominate and appoint my brother-in-law, Robert Pybus, sole executor to this my last Will and Testament and I also hereby utterly revoke and disannul all former wills, legacies and bequests by me at any time made, and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of September in the year of Our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Eight.
